Marco Chan founded V2 Leadership Group Inc. in 2004. Prior to that, he was an executive with FedEx of more than 20 years, and a manager with TWA for 13 years. During that 34 years, he managed quality assurance, inflight food services, ramp and airport operations, telephone customer services, courier operations, supply chain logistics and management and leadership development. He worked in Asia Pacific on 3 different assignments, including Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific of FedEx Business Logistics Services and General Manager of FedEx, China.
With his extensive international business management and leadership experience, he has been helping many American companies expanding into China and Asia; and more recently, helping Asian companies in their expansion into USA.
Marco is passionate about sharing his real life executive experience and lessons learned with his clients across the globe. He helps them to fine-tune their strategic and operating plans. He connects them with local business and community leaders. He educates them in cultural issues and show them how they need to adapt to be effective. He coaches American expatriate executives in Asia and Asian executives in USA on how to work and lead staff productively to achieve sustainable superior business results.
He holds a MBA degree from Rivier College, Nashua, New Hampshire and a BBA degree from University of Hawaii.
